Due to a Reserve Bank of India e-mandate notification, automatic payments in India will be limited to ₹5,000 and require us to set up an e-mandate for your card. In the coming
60 days, we will be working on updating your recurring payment per the new guidelines. The total amount you're charged won't change, and you'll be charged only for your usage.
Once your recurring payment is updated, we'll try to charge your card automatically for your monthly payments. However, if your monthly charge is more than ₹5,000, you'll need to make the payment manually and as soon as possible to avoid a service interruption.
We'll the email you once the changes are ready, and we'll let you know if you need to fix your payment setting manually. Again, the total amount you're charged won't change, and you'll be charged only for your usage.
